App not downloading and not asking for file access permissions

The app literally doesn't download anymore and doesn't ask for file permission so it can download

Anyone else has the same problem? I'm using android 13, and I think that might be the problem

I think it is because of Android 13 that you can no longer download anything in the app 😔
