Set download path #708

If the folder path setting set to sdcard, it will cause not only the favorite galleries lagging and ridiculous loading time when clicking manga.

Using android 13, apps may pop up not responding dialog when load too slow and keep showing after 5sec when select wait. related issue happens on this apps. https://github.com/organicmaps/organicmaps/issues/5596
