feature request: use automatic sunrise/sunset as on/off times #4

Hi! Since I'm mostly on programming hiatus until at least the 24th of October and rarely use GNOME anymore, it'll take a lot of time until I can even attempt to add this feature :/

In case anyone wants to attempt it: feel free to try and don't hesitate to mention me here if you need help :)

In the meantime, sorry for not being able to work on this now. If you really need this feature you should take a look at Night Theme Switcher for now
