Update to GNOME Platform version 44 #13

Hello! When I ran the application on a new platform, I noticed that the switch to use libadwaita incorrectly displayed its active position. It needs to be toggled twice before it changes its state.

I replaced "state" with "active". Now everything switches from the first time.

Good catch for the "state" -> "active" thing, it's weird that I've never encountered that bug. Thanks for your PR!
