👾 Merge "project structure" module with "Code Reviews"

Although useful, the Project Structure module was definitely one we could streamline. This proposal puts it together with the "Code Review" module as we understand that the code structure is but one of the available criteria we have to evaluate code (albeit a very important one).

Changes

• Replaced the Uncle Bob's video with a summary. That video was too long and meandering. We replaced it with a summary of the knowledge we want students to remember.
• Remove the antipattern article as they added little
• Add Google's code review practices
• The virtual environment guide is now optional

I think this is an excellent example of a lean project structure iteratively making improvements :-)
