Can't enable #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install it in blender from the zip.
2.Try to enable the checkbox.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Blender 2.65, Blender-smd 1.6.4, Windows 7 Home Edition
