Animations messy #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a model and rig it
2. Make animations and add a attachment bone to it
3. Compile it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1:1 Conversations of animations expected
Instead animation looks really weird some bones are animated correct other 
parts not

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.4 win 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Legacy Rotation not there!
