problem importing DMX files from SFM #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.importing any DMX file from sfm
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expect smooth animation, get rapid unstructured seemingly random movement

What version of Blender and the SMD Tools are you using? On what operating
system?

32 bit blender 2.67b Blender SMD Tools 1.7.0

just attempted with 64 bit blender, same result: here is a file i was 
attempting to open.
