What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a fresh version of Blender 2.68 on x64 Win8
2. Download and press install for plugin (latest version)
3. Check the box to activate plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Plugin enabled.

Actual: Python stacktrace. (See image)
