[Objects] Split testFilledCircle into a plot function & a test function

testFilledCircle Function

The function should be split into 2 separate functions:

• a plot function => moved to Helper.Plot.R;
• the actual test function: should remain as a convenience function in Objects.R;

The test examples will need some minor changes (also a better annotation).
