if HAVOKCONVERTER_LOST_WORLD is defined during compile time HavokConverter will output collision compatible with sonic lost world using the 2012 Havok SDK and will use hkpBvCompressedShape otherwise it will output rigidbodies. I also added a default HavokConverter_LW.ini with collision types dumped from the game itself.
