Describe the bug file does not exist

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. clone the repo
  2. cd into it
  3. build
  4. See error

Expected behavior it compiles

Additional context i build and it cannot find windows.h

additional context: the file that calls for it is src/pc/gfx/gfx_rt64_context.h
