[bug] The experience bonus doesn't seem to work. #31

The "Experience bonus per level" for some reason does not work for me although I have increased it from 0.5 to 100.0

Edit: Ok I think it only happens on dedicated servers, I just played a bit on singleplayer and it seems to work fine.

I'm not sure how I fixed it, but I imagine it's because I restarted the config and I also put the config changes on the client. Curiously, Apotheosis experience potions didn't work for me either. But everything is solved now :D
