We need a visually appealing and responsive landing page for our Web3 and smart contract development company, Dark Shadowy Super Coders. Please follow the requirements below:

1. Create a modern and clean design with a color scheme that reflects our brand identity.

2. Include the following sections: a. Header with company name and logo b. Hero section with headline and brief description of services c. Services section (Smart Contract Development, Web3 Solutions, Security Audits) d. About Us section (mission, values, team expertise) e. Testimonials from clients f. Portfolio or case studies g. Call-to-Action (contact form or consultation link) h. Footer (social media links, contact info, legal information)

3. Ensure the design is responsive and compatible with various screen sizes and devices.

4. Optimize for fast loading times and SEO best practices.

Please provide mockups or wireframes for review and make adjustments based on feedback. Once approved, implement the design in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, following best practices for code structure and maintainability.

Submit a pull request when the implementation is complete for a final review before merging.
