Penalty Summary Issue #2

Since the Version 1.3 Hotfix 2 its not possible to render the Penalty Summary. Getting the error that something is missing. I had to downgrade to the Hotfix 1.

Sorry, I cannot tell currently. It was something like missing PenaltyTimeHead or similar.

Issue resolved. Await patch
