Proposal: Allow item base stats to be identified by players #116

So you get a great item off a mob, awesome! go you! now you want to know how GOOD the item actually is...well you can keep running the mob 50-60 times to get comparison items, or you can just use the following command

identify base

And the BASE stats of the item will be shown to you instead of the specific boosted or discounted? stats of the actual custom item.
