Issue (mostly with rangers) using call follower to hide charmies inside the ranger guild itself. Alternatively, prevent mobs affected with charm from being summoned into safe rooms.
Proposed solution: If a charmie breaks charm and is not in combat, after amount of time the mob returns to its MPLOAD point.
Honestly, I think the first solution works better because there are potentially ways to exploit the 2nd.
