Fixing some things in relation to #113

Added some messages
Removed from messages because of how they would display
Will now cause bash2 - it would make them sit but then the victim would stand up right after.. just felt strange when testing it.

The main point of ki blast originally, was the ability to move people to another room. The "sit" part was there to add additional benefit (it interrupts things unless people know to stand) but otherwise not be a clone of a different skill (most of my skills, I did my best to not clone/copy something another class could already do).
