What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get arrested
2. When in jail, type /sleep
3. Wait for your timer to run out
4. It says "Drake has been released from jail!"
5. Type /sleep again to wake up
6. You should be still in your jail cell, with no weapons, and arrested,
with no timer, getting unarrested again doesn't work, as far as the games
concerned, your unarrested.

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? if you do, which ones?

Please provide any additional information below.
How to fix it, simply disable /sleep if the player is arrested.
Can be fixed via suicide/slaying.
