MySQL Database #351

Well considering alot of us have populated server and don't / can't afford to 
loose the database when converting to MySQL. So i thought it would be good to 
make an option in the config that on first run it will convert anything from 
sv.db to it.

Eh had to do it manually.

you have to do it manually. I've heard it's easy to copy data from an SQLite 
database to a MySQL database.
