Weapons & weapons menu glitch up frequently

This is a fairly annoying problem that has been with DarkRP for awhile. The
problem is, all weapons will disapper (in the selecting menu when you use
the scroll wheel), and the only way to fix it is to commit suicide. It
isn't terribly bad, but it would be nice if it was fixed. For starters,
some people say it happens when the server encounters some lag.

This isn't in DarkRP only, it happens in sandbox and other gamemodes too.

Are you sure about that? Lots of people report it happening in RP. I've only 
seen it
happen in RP.

I've gotten it tons of times after Alt Tabbing out in any gamemode, but it 
doesn't
seem to do that with HL weapons, only custom SWEPs and CSS weapons, Scroll to 
the
weapon on the piled 1 category select it, and it'll return to it's normal slot.

Ya, after I do that to all of the mysteriously appearing weapons there, it 
works. But
it gets annoying.
