Edit/Remove unknown tags #25

Allow user to edit or remove unknown tags at "Problems" tab. For editing, it need to process base64/quoted-printable. Idea: K.S.N.

Removing implemented via context menu. Editing is a controversial task. Text copying implemented instead it.
