[FEATURE] Lock Tab Movements #20

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No it's not

Describe the solution you'd like Add a Lock button next to the resize button to lock accidental moves.

If you right click you can enable minimalist mode which removes the option to move, but I still think a lock button could be nice.
