[BUG] Rendering Issues #8

Describe the bug There are a few rendering bugs that HUD introduces. There's sometimes a blank space between lines, lines not rendering, and lines impossible to scroll upwards to.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Send a long message and resize the HUD to stop it from rendering.
