Custom crosshair options are forced and can't be disabled #124

Describe the bug Custom crosshair does not let you toggle the custom settings.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable custom crosshair
  2. Try to disable the custom attack indicators and attack cooldown.
  3. You can't. Best you can do is set the custom colours to the same colour as your crosshair, but you can't do anything about the attack cooldown indicator. Changing opacity does not do anything, I tried.
  4. If I disable the attack indicator from my MC settings it disables the KronHUD one too.

Expected behavior Lowering opacity of crosshair settings should lower their opacity. There should be an option to turn the custom colours and attack cooldown indicator on/off.
