Resolves issue #125

Entities the player is riding now appear in the player model HUD
Entities that are also passengers in the same vehicle (e.g. villagers in a boat) will also be displayed

Potion Blacklist (I forgot that you can't merge the branch before a pull request 💀)

resolves issue #107
Potion effects can be blacklisted by their translation key (it's usually just effects.minecraft.effect_id)
Blacklist is constructed as a comma-separated list
