Describe the bug
When the action bar module is disabled and the action bar appears, it has no shadow like it used to before 1.19.
To Reproduce
Disable action bar module in KronHUD configuration settings.
Do something to make the action bar show up.
Expected behavior
The action bar shows up with a shadow.

I haven't tested this with any other Minecraft versions besides 1.19.2 and it does happen on both Fabric and Quilt without any other mods installed.
