Rocky Bees may not be spawning #129

From what I can tell Rocky Hives don't spawn. Not sure if there is anything that's supposed to limit them but I can;t find any information to lead me to believe this.

I've seen a couple in 3.0.5 generation, but they're a bit rarer than you'd expect. I located them in mountain regions on the surface.
