They shouldn't be showing up but they still are in v3.0.6

This is a duplicate of https://github.com/DarkPacks/Crackpack-3/issues/127 and https://github.com/DarkPacks/Crackpack-3/issues/104

This is happening because OreSpawn is still present in the pack even though the changelog indicated it was being removed. This inclusion applies to the client download as well as the server pack.
