Duplication Glitch

Bug Description

A duplication bug involving gravestones If you die while collecting an item it duplicates the item in your gravestone, ive only tested it with fall damage, not sure about other sources.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Not sure, im currently running Version 3.2.0 of SevTech Ages of the Sky ## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Drop item on the floor
2. Jump from a height and die ontop of the item
3. Go to your grave, use the key to collect items.
