Titanium/Ilmenite Ore Generation [Update Ore Found]

Bug Description

I have searched far and wide mining through asteroids and using the builder to mine them as well. I have searched with night vision and still haven't found a single block of Ilmenite Ore. I noticed this post from normal Sevtech ages from months ago https://github.com/DarkPacks/SevTech-Ages/issues/4199 but thought I would post this here. I can progress any farther without spawning titanium in. It is required for Galactacraft progression Tier 4. ### Did this behavior use to work in the previous version? N/A ## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Got to The Asteroids "planet"
2. Look around.
3. Find nothing.

So I did manage to find some but man it is very uncommon. I might recommend a helpful tip for people getting to this point to tell them the ore inside the asteroids in the center.

The only successful method I have found so far is to use the mekanism Digital Miner to scan and mine large areas. But still after an hour of using a Vies Airship to fly between asteroids, set up the miner and scan for only Ilmenite (OreDict = oreIlmenite), I had 8 ores. Crushing to double that, I had enough to make the Tier 2 launchpad and 2 Tier 4 rocket fins......it's ridiculously rare.

I knew it had to spawn because the config file SevTech Ages of the Sky\config\Galacticraft\planets.conf has:

Disable Ilmenite Ore Gen on Asteroids.

B:"Disable Ilmenite Ore Gen on Asteroids"=false

I can't find the generation modifier though unfortunately.
