No gating in a new world

Bug Description

I downloaded and did a fresh install of sevtech using the GDLauncher. When I launched the game and started a new world I wasn't gated into the tutorial age. All the recipes were unlocked, I could see all ore, and yet the achievement tab showed me in age 0. ### Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
