Player grave lost - no commands work to retrieve it

Bug Description

A player on our sevtech 3.2.3 server died, and their tomb did not spawn. Despite looking around the area thoroughly, we cannot find the tomb. I decided to try and retrieve it with commands, but the commands listed for Simple Tombs did not work. I've been unable to find any references to what commands will work for this, only older threads talking about Corail Tombstone and such. ### Did this behavior use to work in the previous version? N/a ## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Try to use simple tombs commands
2. Scratch head
3. Become frustrated
4. Profit?

I've had two similar experiences with the new grave mod in singleplayer. The first (and possibly more relevant) time, I died inside an Ocean Temple and no grave spawned. It only gave me an error message saying "There was nowhere to place the grave!". I also can't find any way to get my grave back. The second time I died while swimming in a lake and the grave spawned underground. This one was easy to resolve though, as the co-ordinates in the chat allowed me to locate the grave.

Was this particular issue near a structure or underwater?
