Tinkers Construct Kamas give Regular Wool Instead of Fleece #504

Issue / bug

In stage 2, I made a Kama from wood and stone, and used it to shear a sheep, which gave wool. Expected: Shearing Sheep with Kama should give Fleece. Versions MC 1.12.2 Forge 2587 Java 1.8.0_74 Sevtech Alpha 11 Steps to reproduce:

Make any Tinkers' Kama(Kama Head, Tool Binding, Tool Rod) at a Tool Station
Right Click a Sheep
Think hard about the sheared result. No Error Log
