If you have a chest with different types of truffles, and use a logistical sorter with a filter and set the min and max to 4, it will pull 4 truffles and convert all of them to one of the truffles types it pulls.
If you put a chest down and put gold, iron, dilithium, and silver truffles in a chest, whatever is in the fourth slot will be the converted truffle.
So:
Slot 1: Gold
Slot 2: Dilithium
Slot 3: Silver
Slot 4: Iron
You will get an Iron truffle.
