molten ... buckets for all fluids?

Context

Hello, great modpack. Usually I play it, put it away and start over again, recently i figured a few things out which makes life easier, a combination of simple storage, tinker's construct and cyclic. However, my problem lies with the later. Cyclic;'s fluid extraction cables require a bucket of the molten stuff for the filter list. So, to my surprise, not all fluids have a bucket recipe available. thus forcing me to make dedicated smelters for things like emerald, diamond, quartz, lapis and all the nuclearcraft fluids.

You can store fluids in a Mekanism Basic Fluid Tank (or any Mek tank) and use that to set filters. You can also lock a Wooden Barrel or Metal Drum to a specific fluid and pass fluids through that as a filter.
