Add mod #1446

Add thermal expansion. It is the main reason to HAVE Thermal Foundation.

Thermal Foundation is also used for the metals that you'd use with Tinker's Construct and others. Thermal Expansion is not necessary in conjunction. Mainly because most of its machines have an alternate in Mekanism and NuclearCraft. Although I prefer TE machine GUIs over Mekanism ones.

yea do a tps check with a bank of meka machine running and see what your results are compared to thermal or even enderio machine. For how much they can process at full speed and upgraded to ultimate tier they are amazing but they really do mess up your tps. Wish they where a little more tps nice
