BDS&M metal drum issue #156

Sometimes on world join(server), you can't interact with the drum at all, no putting liquids in or pulling them out with a bucket. Placing an upgrade inside of it, fixes this though ( I used a 64 to fix it)

Ran into the same issue. It seems you can't interact with the drum whenever it is full regardless of size.

Similar issue: barrels/drums that I use Fluid Extraction Cables to place liquids into are unable to be extracted from with buckets.

Interestingly, if I use a bucket to put fluids in, I can extract with a bucket just fine.
