Maniacal Dendrologist is not completable

Bug Description

When I try to craft plates and buttons for the twilight forest woods I have they come out as plain oak plates and buttons.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Advancement didn't exist before

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Put 2 pieces of Twilight Oak next to eachother (also the same for the other twilight forest woods) 2.result is oak pressure plate and not Twilight Oak pressure plate 3.Same results with buttons

A workaround is to use the Enhanced crafting mod's basic crafting table -- tier 1. However, there are a few other items that are unobtainable. Thorn Roses and Thorn Leaves can randomly grow in dirt next to thorns in thornlands, but this is not possible in skyblock version of Twilight forest. Liveroot, Liveroots, and roots strands are found in caves, which if spawn do so extremely rarely. It's a bit of a let down to be so close after searching hundreds of leaf dungeons to find all the saplings.

This is still a problem in 4.2.4. May I suggest adding missing items to Deep Mob Learning Pristine Matter? Or chest loot tables? I've confirmed that you can get root strands and liveroot via the Cyclic uncrafting grinder, but I'm pretty sure thorn leaves/roses and liveroots are impossible to obtain.
