/topography island set player doesnt work

The command /topography island set player does not work. It displays an error in console.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

The command as implemented does not behave in the way the help text suggests.

It looks as if it is a bit of a work in progress.

It looks like it should work if you use the following syntax however:

/topography island set [player] <x> <z>

[CleverNamedotexe]

i tried using the /topography island set [player] command and it says i do not have permission to run that command even though i own the server. what do i do?
