I'm pretty sure that this is a repeat of #708. I'll note, the bug seems to multiplayer only. Recreation in single player doesn't cause it. I'm pretty sure that pour attempts aren't actually happening, and there's some sort of disconnect between the client and the server, because relogs show no poured emerald inside of the basin.
Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
No previous version tested.
