Inscriber not working #2170

Bug Description

I cannot craft a cobblestone circuit mold, even with only using a chisel head cast with the cobblestone

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

I'm pretty sure

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.Place chisel head cast in top left corner 2.Put the cobble stone in the middle
