Real filing cabinet oredict upgrade turning mekanism machines into fish

Bug Description

I'm trying to route all fish into a raw salmon folder in a real filing cabinet with an oredict upgrade using simple network storage. However, cod, pufferfish & clownfish all end up in the lowest priority storage, while any mekanism machine is getting turned into fish.

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

First time with Sky Factory 4, so not sure.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Place a filing cabinet.
2. Add the oredict upgrade to it.
3. Place a folder containing raw salmon inside.
4. Connect a storage link to the filing cabinet.
5. Drop an energized smelter into the network using the storage remote.
6. Watch the fish count increment by 1.

hey @mtrevor! I just found the same bug which is actually a dupe that can be done with most items. The item you want to duplicate is placed as a filter in the folder and after that almost everything you put into Applied storage is converted to the item in the folder

It's a really powerful bug
