Add the ability to reset prestige progress in the config menu #2191

Context

I believe prestige unlocks/points should be resettable in its config inside of the mod menu to be able to restart your prestige progress without having to learn how to do so manually. If someone wants to start a new playthrough of sky factory 4 with prestige enabled (using curseforge) but already have a completed the prestige tree, they would have to figure out in the files how to reset the prestige mod, which is very complicated for a lot of players. if there was an option in the mods config settings to reset the prestige point progress, there could be a lot more convenience in a new playthrough in sky factory 4.
