AE2 Dense Energy Cell Not Working

Bug Description

Dense Energy Cells won't charge , i testet it with my setup in singleplayer there it worked complietly fine , just on my server it won't charge and it won't show me the Capacity in waila ### Did this behavior use to work in the previous version? not tested , i play in the version 4.2.4 ## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
