Game Lag through client

Bug Description

When I am playing my single-player client, the game has an input lag. Opening chest, cutting down trees and going into different dimensions, can either take a long time or crash my client. ### Did this behavior use to work in the previous version? So, I went to the Nether after getting a Nether Cake and the world doesn't form around me, I am just floating in the Nether. I reloaded Chunks and also reloaded my Resource Packs and nothing.

If there are any resolutions to my problem, please assist.

Did more digging into my problem? My Physical Memory Load peaks @ 100% once I load into the Nether.

I don't know how to fix this, any help will be appreciated
