Check if they are placed on a chunk border. If the translocator is loaded before the smeltery it could cause it to decide that it is not a valid placement and therefore pop off.

I checked the chunk and there are 2 sides of my smeltery with the translocators near the border but not touching it and those keep popping off. There is the backside of my smeltery touching the border of another chunk but those translocators are fine now. I also added weirding gadgets around my smeltery and that seemed to fix only some of the translocators.
Bug Description
I would use the liquid translocators on the tinkers smeltery from the drain to a casting basin or casting table and the liquid translocators would stay on while I'm in the world. As soon as I save and quit to title and log back into the world, the liquid translocator that was on the smeltery drain would fall off and I would have to pick that translocator back up to place it back. ![image](https://github.com/DarkPacks/SkyFactory-4/assets/81049997/afb832be-0d5e-4720-a6f2-626e64269cf2) ### Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
