Presitge Not Working Correctly On SF4 Server

Bug Description

I own a server with MCprohosting to host a SF4 Server, and I enabled prestige using "/prestige force enabled" and it would enable, but I was able to craft items from the prestige menu that I have not unlocked yet in the prestige menu. ### Did this behavior use to work in the previous version? I dont know ## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Prestige needs to be enabled before you first join the server, which is why we recommend in the multiplayer instructions document setting it through the configuration file (config/prestige.cfg).

If I remember correctly, force enable only applies to currently logged in players and is not a good way to enable prestige in this pack.

If you join without prestige enabled then you are given the majority of the prestige unlocks at first login, and these are not revoked by enabling prestige.

You can manually remove these unlocks, but if you haven't progressed very far it's probably best you remove the world and start again.
