I had made an End cake to enter the End dimension, However after entering I cannot see any end portal to place crystals to summon the end dragon. The pillars are visible and end crystals are placed in each of them but that doesn't do anything. I cannot open portal to end islands if the dragon can't be summoned.
Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
I am unsure as I have only played the current version.
