Glowing Chorus fruit #662

Context

I think a mulch should be added for the chorus fruit. As of right now it only grows on the endstone in a bonsai pot. They take several minutes to grow. I think that it would be a good idea to be able to increase the rate of growth in order to make the glowing chorus fruit a sustainable method of flight without having to constantly go back to the end to farm chorus fruit

FYI-The 4.0.4 release removed Cyclic's Glowing Chrous recipe!
